從斷裂件斷口(經(jīng)酒精清洗后)的宏觀形貌上看,其斷口呈暗灰色,看不出任何晶界和晶面的痕跡。斷裂前產(chǎn)生了明顯的塑性滑移變形,這是一種比較典型的韌性斷口,亦有人稱其為纖維狀斷口,斷裂過程中吸收了較多的能量,一般是在高于材料屈服應(yīng)力條件下的高能斷裂。
